There are non-profit organizations out there that provide services for young people in crisis and even work with adult victims of child abuse who are still affected by it years later. Personally, I did volunteer work at a youth crisis center in NYC, but that was decades ago. I don't have first-hand knowledge of any other organization, so I am hesitant to offer recommendations. If you are a young person who is being abused, or if you know of a child who is being abused, please do some research online and reach out to a center near you.
